The love story between the hot hunk of Bollywood, Salman Khan and the former Miss World, Aishwarya Rai officially ended in March 2002. This happened after Salman kicked up a controversy, which was much publicized, when he stomped into the sets of Aishwarya Rai’s then forthcoming movie, Kuch Naa Kaho (2003) and pushed her to the ground and left only after spectators intervened.
A similar kind of incident took place on the sets of Aziz Mirza’s Chalte Chalte (2003), where a drunken Salman came to talk to Aishwarya Rai, but soon a quarrel broke out between the two. And it was reported that when the quarrel got too heated and Shahrukh Khan tried to intervene, Salman Khan accused Shahrukh of getting too close to his girlfriend. Subsequently, Aishwarya Rai was replaced by Rani Mukherjee in the movie.
